🔁 Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Products must not show signs of wear, installation, or use.
- Customized products, used items, or clearance sales are non-returnable.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Assembled bicycles or those used outdoors.
- Damaged products caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Accessories with hygiene concerns (like helmets once used).
- Any item returned after the return window.
📩 Return Process
- Email support@buyradar.xyz within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged/defective).
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Return the item securely packaged.
(Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or wrong.) - Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
💸 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the desired product.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos/videos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
