At BuyRadar.xyz, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.


🔁 Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Products must not show signs of wear, installation, or use.
  • Customized products, used items, or clearance sales are non-returnable.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Assembled bicycles or those used outdoors.
  • Damaged products caused by misuse or improper handling.
  • Accessories with hygiene concerns (like helmets once used).
  • Any item returned after the return window.

📩 Return Process

  1. Email support@buyradar.xyz within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged/defective).
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  3. Return the item securely packaged.
    (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or wrong.)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the desired product.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (some processing times vary).
